Q. Are the Beach Clubs Closed?  

  1. The Beach Clubs are typically closed this time of year.  The gates are locked.

The General Manager is working from home and responding to calls, emails and accepting payments for the 2020 season. Voice messages can be left on his direct line at 347.757.4299 or you may reach him via email at: [email protected]. As always, calls and emails will be responded to in a timely manner.

Q.  Will the Beach Clubs open this summer? 

A. Though we intend to operate the Beach Clubs as usual for the 2020 season, current COVID 19 considerations may require a change in operations.  We will defer to guidance from NPS, the CDC, and state and local authorities and continue to keep the public posted.  Additional information can be found here:

Q.  What if I have personal belongings on-site?  

A.  If you have personal items on-site, please notify the Beach Clubs at: [email protected].   

Q.  Can I pay for the 2020 season now? 

  1. Yes, at this time the clubs are still planning on opening for the upcoming summer.  If you have not already made payment, we are still taking reservations for remaining accommodations but cannot guarantee your preferred selection will be available.  The first 50% payment was due on March 15th  and we received the majority of those payments from passholders seeking accommodations for the 2020 season. 

Q. If I have paid already, what happens if the Beach Clubs open late or not at all in 2020?

  1. We have extended the cancellation deadline from March 31th to May 15th, 2020 to allow passholders some added measure of security.  Passholders who wish to cancel their reservations for the 2020 season may do so until May 15, 2020 and will receive a full refund less applicable transaction fees.   

Q.  If I do not come in 2020, will I be able to retain my same accommodations for 2021?  

  1. Maybe.  If the clubs do not open in 2020, we will announce a plan on how you may be able to secure accommodations for the 2021 season in 2020.
